Dancers
Every year the parents of the kids in our high school put on a variety show to raise money for college scholarships. This year I'm taking pictures of the show.
They recruit incredibly talented volunteers to help with the dance numbers and the singing.

Ok, I didn't take this today, but I did take it late last month (Dec 24th), and it's one of my favorites.
This is Mary from a live Nativity tableau at the church we go to.
The lighting was very dim in the church, but I was able to catch the candlelight on her face as she walked towards me.
I shot this balancing the light for daylight, which made the overall tones much warmer, and then used the "antique" filter in iPhoto - just cause it felt right.
